iGolide

Founded in 2014 by Dada Khanyisa and Malik Ntone Edjabe, iGolide is a pop-up curatorial platform geared towards critical African centred dialogue. It attempts to provide creative practitioners with an alternative setting for the presentation and publication of their work and ideas. In connection with this, the project explores curation, social experimentation and experience-making as modes of artistic production. An important aspect of the intervention is the idea of doing things for oneself, and through ones own means.
